Phone to Phone means that you open the ClearVoip SoftClient on your computer screen and enter the telephone number you want to call as well as your own telephone number.
First your own phone will ring and after you pick it up, the other end will start ringing.
This means you are able to make phonecalls at low rates worldwide without a special Voip telephone. Using any normal telephone line you will call for the low rates from ClearVoip.org. You will be charged for the connection made by your computer or laptop to your own phone as well as to the phone you are calling to.
