Value Added Tax (VAT)
Your payment includes 19% VAT. Your ClearVoip credit or CallingCard will be charged for the VAT at the moment of purchase, so your credit will be the paid amount -/- 16% (f.i.: € 20,00 paid will be € 16,80 credit on your ClearVoip.org account or CallingCard).
If you are excempted from VAT and have a valid VAT registration in one of the countries inside the EU or if you have proven to be from outside the EU you may not be obliged to pay VAT for purchasing your ClearVoip credits. Please contact us in such case by email. In case you are excempted from VAT we will add this amount to your credit, this can also be done within a week after your purchase.
Costs for payments by bank transfers will be charged from your credit. If you want to pay from outside the EU we advise you to to make your bank transfer using MoneyBookers for it will cost less.
